Air Jordan 1 Mid Carbon Fiber

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Carbon Fiber was released alongside a pair of Nike Dunks, Air Force 1s, and Air Foamposite Ones to commemorate the 2021 NBA All-Star Game. Like every pair in the All-Star Pack, the Air Jordan 1 Mid Carbon Fiber reps feature a black patent leather upper. Under the light, the patent leather upper also reveals a pattern reminiscent of a carbon fiber coating, similar to those on the outsoles of the Jordan 11. White leather underlays and a white Wings logo on the ankle contrast the glossy material. Finally, a Jumpman tongue tag is sewn onto a nylon tongue. The Air Jordan 1 Mid Carbon Fiber was released in March 2021. Underfoot in the Air Jordan 11, carbon fiber has arguably become one of the most notable materials used in Jordan’s flagship line. And as a token of affection, the brand is bringing it into even greater focus on the 2021 Air Jordan 1 Mid “Carbon Fiber.” Introduced in kids’ sizes just a few days ago, the pair is rumored to make a rather eventful debut at next year’s All-Star Weekend-not long after the NBA season’s official restart date in December. In terms of construction, the overlays will only partially shed the title material, applying it only to the heel counter and ankle flap. Up front, the toe cap and eyepiece are made of patent leather, which has a similar, but not identical, sheen to the aforementioned material. Smooth white leather then forms a simple color palette underneath, rounded out by matching wings, Jumpman branding, and midsoles.
