The Air Jordan 1 Mid Johnny Kilroy is one of the Air Jordan 1 brands that pays tribute to a fictional character – Johnny Kilroy.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Johnny Kilroy is dressed in black, Gym Red, and metallic silver. It features a predominantly black leather upper with black laces and a black tongue contrasting with Gym Red Jump Man and AIR logos. Its midsole is dressed in white, while the outsole appears in Gym Red. The metallic silver colors on the Nike Swoosh and heel counter complete the design.

The Killroy color scheme, a character created for an Air Jordan 9 marketing campaign in the ’90s that ran after MJ’s initial retirement and then provided inspiration for a special AJ9 colorway in 2012, receives an indirect revival with this special Air Jordan 1 Mid.

Jordan Brand’s signature black and red tones are enhanced by shimmering silver accents provided by metallic material on the heel, collar flaps, and midfoot Swoosh. The rest of the upper is made of simple black nubuck leather, while a white midsole, red outsole, and additional branding on the collar and tongue complete the look.
