The Air Jordan 1 Mid Laser Blue pays homage to the Charlotte Hornets, Michael Jordan’s NBA franchise.
The design is composed almost entirely of white leather, with black leather subtly adorning the collar. The Nike Swoosh is made of black leather. The Hornets-inspired Laser Blue appears on the top edge of the collar, the Wings Air Jordan logo, parts of the lining, the outsole, the insole, and the iconic Jumpman on the tongue.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Laser Blue was released in September 2020.
Reportedly planned for early this season, the Air Jordan 1 Mid is currently unveiling many of its most notable upcoming colorways. Along with a brand-new version of the popular “Banned” and a number of versatile entries, the silhouette is poised to embrace the Jumpman’s current penchant for “Laser Blue.” White leather adorns much of the upper construction, paired with various accent hues.
The achromatic paneling is smooth on the upper and tumbled along the base, providing the lighter, cooler tones that appear along the tread, lining, and various insignia. Elsewhere, the Swooshes and matching ankle areas above end in shades of black.
