Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Taxi

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Yellow Toe brings back the distinctive color blocking and high-top silhouette of the sneaker.

This Retro OG Air Jordan 1 is made entirely of leather and combines a white base with a yellow toe box and some yellow overlays on the heel and ankle. Contrasting black appears on the toe and toe box, with the Swoosh and Wings logo on the outside. A classic white AJ1 midsole and a yellow rubber outsole complete the design.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Yellow Toe was released on September 24, 2022.

If you’ve been watching the Jordan Fall 2022 release preview, you would have seen the confirmed release of the Air Jordan 1 “Yellow Toe,” the latest addition to the popular AJ1 series, featuring the popular color blocking and the original Black Toe variant. The colorway was first unveiled as a PE by musician Zach Myers back in 2018, but almost four years later, Jordan fanatics will finally get a GR release.

While initial factory samples have been unveiled over the past few weeks, we’re finally getting a clear look at the Yellow Toe Jordan 1s. Given the aforementioned PE for Zach Myers and the fact that the color formula is fairly predictable, this isn’t a huge surprise, but these photos are just one step closer to a retail release scheduled for August 2022.
