As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anthony Kicks, Email: support@anthonykicks.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. via email).
You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your return or proof of return. The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
- Made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Items that have been worn or used beyond the scope necessary to establish their nature and functioning
This Right of Withdrawal complies with Article 246a § 1 of the German EGBGB and relevant EU consumer protection laws.
