The Jordan 1 Low SE Phantom Repaired Denim Swoosh is a special edition sneaker that adds distressed denim detailing to the Jordan 1 Low silhouette. This low-top sneaker features a premium leather upper in Off-White with suede overlays on the forefoot and panels, creating a lace cage in Phantom. Instead of suede, the collar is made of leather in Phantom, while the heel tab is made of leather in Amber Brown. This neutral color combination creates a subtle colorblocking effect. However, the detail that makes this sneaker stand out is the Swoosh on the side and central side panels. It features a patchwork of faded denim with a used look in the colors Traditional Indigo, Washed Indigo and Faded Yellow. The lifestyle-oriented interpretation of Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker offers a healthy mix of tradition and a modern look. In recent months, the sneaker has popped up in at least two ensembles in preparation for the Year of the Dragon. As 2024 draws ever closer, Peter Moore’s beloved 1985 design appears in another rework seemingly inspired by Far East Asian traditions. A cream-colored midsole adds a touch of age to the project.
