The “Space Jam” colorway returns with the release of the Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Space Jam. Jordan is releasing this special edition sneaker as a tribute to his 1996 film, Space Jam.
Jordan incorporates key details from the Air Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam into this Jordan 1 Mid SE silhouette, including a black patent leather upper and an icy blue translucent outsole. The Jordan 1 Mid SE sits lower on the ankle compared to its Air Jordan 1 OG High counterpart.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid continually references signatures beyond MJ’s first. In addition to paying homage to the legendary AJ1s, the silhouette often pays homage to several fan-favorite models—including, of course, the Air Jordan 11.
With its next offering, the Air Jordan 1 Mid takes us back to the mid-90s and celebrates one of the most famous colorways of the Tinker Hatfield-designed icon: the “Space Jam” 11. In terms of color blocking, this pair is almost exact in its impression. Black patent leather meets smooth leather throughout the upper—both dressed in a deep black, just like their inspiration—while white midsoles and icy soles sit just underfoot. The branding also nods to the original, with a dark blue Jumpman on the midsole tongue.
