Unveiled on September 9, 2023, the Air Jordan 4 Retro Red Cement is a unique take on a classic colorway with fiery red accents throughout the silhouette. Jordan Brand didn’t hold back with this release, delivering a bold statement piece for those unafraid to stand out.
The upper is constructed from premium white leather, with a mix of fiery red and black applied throughout, while the iconic mesh details and Jumpman logo retain their traditional placement. Set atop a black, white, and fiery red midsole, the style stays true to its roots and shows why the Jordan 4 model remains one of the most iconic Jordan models of all time.

After several teasers over the past few months, official images of the highly anticipated Air Jordan 4 “Red Cement” have finally surfaced.
Set to release in family sizes later this fall, the Air Jordan 4 “Red Cement” is—as the name suggests—directly inspired by a beloved original model: the “White Cement.” While this retro colorway borrows many design cues from the classic, it departs significantly from the original’s design, replacing the signature gray speckle print with “Fire Red.” Otherwise, the pair remains largely faithful, featuring a white leather upper and blacked-out details along the sole, eyestays, and lining.

Even before 2023 began, we knew what Jordan Brand had in store. Like so many years before, the Air Jordan 4 was at the forefront, dropping in a wide range of colorways, both inline and collaborative. And while some of the silhouette’s most exciting releases have already passed—for example, the Nike SB x AJ4 “Pine Green”—there’s still plenty to look forward to, like the upcoming “Red Cement.”
Releasing in full family sizes, the Air Jordan 4 “Red Cement” is essentially a take on one of the sneaker’s most popular colorways: “White Cement.” And while the pair stays true to the latter in many ways, it also tweaks one of its most signature elements. While the splashes remain, “Cement Grey” has been completely removed in favor of “Fire Red,” which takes up the neutral space along the midsole, support wings, and heel tab. The rest of the shoe is much more familiar, with white leather, matching accents, and a touch of black along the bottom, eyestays, and lining.
The Air Jordan 4 “Red Cement” is expected to release in September. While we wait for the release, take a closer look at the colorway in full family sizes.
